YIEDA’s New Plot Scheme

YEIDA has launched an ambitious scheme aiming to fulfil the dreams of 943 individuals to build their homes near Noida International Airport. This initiative, led by CEO Dr Anvir Singh, offers residential plots in Sector 18, Sector 20, and Sector 24A of Yamuna Expressway. The scheme caters to a variety of plot sizes ranging from 120 square metres to 4000 square metres, accommodating different needs and preferences.

Interested applicants can apply through the YEIDA's website. The allotment process will be conducted via a draw, ensuring transparency and fairness. Notably, this initiative follows the successful fulfilment of housing dreams for over 50,000 people through similar schemes in the past.

The payment options for the plots are designed to facilitate accessibility for different income groups. Applicants have three payment modes to choose from:

       •  Full payment upfront
       •  Half the amount upfront, with the remainder in instalments
       •  A deferred payment plan with an initial allotment fee and subsequent instalments over 3 to 5 years

Dr Singh emphasised that this scheme is particularly aimed at those who aspire to live in proximity to the airport, offering not just a home but a location that combines convenience with natural beauty. The initiative is expected to attract applicants from diverse backgrounds, contributing to the development and growth of the region.

For those eager to participate, detailed information, including plot sizes, payment options, and application procedures, is available on the Yamuna Prakaran website. The CEO expressed positiveness about the scheme's success, confident that it will allow numerous families to realize their dream of owning a home in this desirable location.

As news about the scheme begins circulating in newspapers, YEIDA anticipates a strong response from prospective homeowners keen to secure a plot in these prime sectors along the Yamuna Expressway.
