Yamuna Industrial Development Authority Lauches New Plot Scheme Near Noida Airport (October 2024)

Yamuna Authority has introduced an exciting new scheme near Noida Airport, offering 2,500 plots for residential, mixed land, IT parks, and data centres. This is their biggest residential plot offer, with plot sizes ranging from 60 to 300 square metres. The prices will start at 26,000 per square metre, and the scheme is set to launch on October 22, 2024.

Additionally, the land scheme in Sector 22D will begin on October 25, offering around 20 plots. This area will include parks, residential buildings, schools, and hospitals. The IT park will have 40 plots available, while the general industry area will have four plots, and the data centre zone will offer five plots.
