Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) launched a new housing scheme today near Jewar International Airport; they launched this new housing scheme for people who want to live close to the airport. The great thing about this scheme is that there’s no need to fill out long forms, enter a lucky draw, or wait for possession. People can book online and get their allotment letters right away.
All the flats in this scheme are already built and ready for people to move in. Dr. Arunveer Singh, the CEO of YEIDA, mentioned that registration will happen right after the allotment. Owners can move in whenever they want.
YEIDA is sharing information about the available flats under this affordable housing scheme. This includes details about the types of flats, their sizes, costs, and the deposit needed to secure them. There are 1 BHK and 2 BHK flats available:
For 1 BHK flats, the size is 54.75 square meters, with a carpet area of 36.97 square meters, starting at 33.05 lakh. For 2 BHK flats, the size is 64.72 square meters, with a carpet area of 43.91 square meters, starting at 45.09 lakh. Prices can change based on the floor. For example, a 1 BHK flat on the third floor starts at 23.37 lakh, while a 2 BHK flat is 30.50 lakh.
There are flats available on the ground floor, first, second, and third floors. The two-bedroom flats will be spread across 16 floors. The deposit needed to apply for these flats ranges from 2.07 lakh to 4.50 lakh, depending on the floor and flat. This initiative by the Yamuna Authority aims to provide affordable homes, making it easier for different income groups to find housing while allowing them to live near important places along the Yamuna Expressway.
