YEIDA Plot Scheme in June
Yeida is bringing a new plot scheme. It will be a golden opportunity for business people and industrialists. They can purchase plots near Jewar Airport and Yamuna Expressway to open new factories and offices. Small and big land parcels will be available for sale, and the new gateway of development and employment will be on the Yamuna Expressway.
Yeida's Chief Executive Officer of the Authority, Dr Arunvir Singh, said two categories will encompass 91 plots larger than 4000 square metres. And 62 industrial plots of 450 to 4,000 square metres. The prices of the plots will be disclosed after the allotment. The scheme will also attract International companies as there is excellent connectivity from Delhi to Mumbai by expressway and airport.
More land will be available around the airport as experts anticipate sustained demand for industrial land even after the airport becomes fully operational. To address this, the authority is considering additional development plans. There's a consistent demand from industries, prompting calls from both industrialists and experts for the authority to prioritise area and infrastructure development. Addressing issues like electricity, water, roads, and sewerage is crucial. Robust infrastructure is vital for attracting investments.
In June, two significant housing schemes are set to launch in Sector-18 and Sector-20 of Yamuna City. These schemes will offer residential plots with particular consideration for low-income families. A scheme featuring 30 square metre plots tailored for this group will be announced. Dr. Arunvir Singh, CEO of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, stressed the importance of housing for city completeness, especially for those catering to daily needs. Failing to provide housing for low-income families may lead to the expansion of illegal colonies.
Under this initiative, 6500 plots of 30 square metres will be allotted to low-income groups at a price of only Rs. 7.5 lakh each. Allottees will be permitted to build two-and-a-half-storey houses, with house plans approved by the Yamuna Authority. These plots will be located in Sector-18 and Sector-20, with the authority committed to developing essential amenities such as parks, schools, hospitals, banks, post offices, and community centres.
Next month, another residential plot scheme targeting the middle class and wealthy individuals will be launched. This scheme will offer 482 plots ranging from 300 to 4000 square metres in the same sectors. Allotment will be done through a lottery system to provide diverse housing options to different segments of society.
