Rising Property Rates in Gautam Buddh Nagar 

The allotment rates in Noida may increase by up to 5 per cent. A proposal is expected to be kept in the board meeting of the Noida and Greater Noida authorities on 16th June. The conference is scheduled to be held on 15th and 16th June. Many more schemes are shortlisted for approval.

Last year, property prices increased by 10 per cent by the authorities. The authority’s office will be open on Saturday too to finalise the agenda for the meeting on 15th and 16th June. Additionally, the Noida Authority's 2024–2025 budget will be approved.

It can be close to 7000 crores. Roughly Rs 1100 crore of this will go towards civil construction. The administration spent about Rs 200 crore.Over the previous two months, on several projects. A budget of Rs. 6920 crore was approved in 2023–24. 

According to authorities, a budget of roughly 1000 crores for civil work or development projects, 100 crores for gardens, 300 crores for electrical and maintenance, and 150 crores for water projects is being considered now. In addition, a budget and land bank of Rs. 1500 crores have been set aside to construct the new Noida on the Dadri-Bulandshahr land. There, land will be obtained. The funds would be distributed to the farmers with their consent to develop the Noida industry. Budgetary provisions are being made for this.
