Paytm is India’s one of the preferred financial services platform has signed its new office in Sector 98 Noida expressway. Paytm finalised this deal to consolidate its workforce in the national capital. The SoftBank- and Alibaba-backed company PAYTM has taken up around 5.5 lakh square feet office space in Noida’s Sector 98 on Noida Expressway. 

The company is planning to gradually shift all its operations based in Delhi-NCR to its largest campus finalise in Lotus Isles by December 2020.

Lotus Isles campus comprises of 21 floors spread across two towers in Skymark near Noida Expressway which is surrounded by premium residential socities,Golf Course in sector 128, Axis house, Jaypee Wishtown and High street market of sector 104. The annual lease cost for the company would be Rs 70-80 crore. 

"While we have time to move into our biggest campus, we are streamlining some of our real estate spread across India. We will not extend the leases of some of our offices as our colleagues will continue working from home," said Narendra Kumar, Vice President, Paytm.

The new campus will have over 5,000 seats and the company said it will follow all social distancing guidelines.

The planned new campus will house Paytm''s large engineering base the company is in the process of setting up.

"Consolidating our offices to one large campus would improve operational efficiency and further create synergies between various teams and processes," said Kumar.
