NX ONE Received Occupancy Certificate
NX ONE received their OC (Occupancy Certificate) on 18th January 2024 after they passed all the safety measures as well as other vital aspects of the project. The certificate ensures that the building is packed with civic needs such as sanitation, Electricity, Fire department NOC, Water and sewage connection documents, and a Structural stability certificate.
These safety certificates ensure that the building has passed all the vital tests to be qualified as a living/working destination.
