Yogi-Adityanath government's initiative to make Noida an Urban Dynamic City is set to add one more refinement to its development. The Noida Authority is set to make Noida a city of luxury and affordable hotels. To fulfil this, they are bringing six plots to build hotels in Sector-93 B, Sector-105, Sector-142, and Sector-135 of Noida.

It is a fantastic opportunity for emerging entrepreneurs in the hotel industry or those who want to start their own hotel business. As this land will only be allowed to Hotel makers, there will be excellent facilitation by the Noida Authority to make it smooth and transparent.

The sizes will go upto 24000 sq. mtrs. and price will vary from 44.08 crores to 410.70 crores. Under this scheme in sector 93b, interested investors can invest in upto two plots at a fixed value of 44.08 crores for each, and both have fixed land parcels of 2000 square meters under COM2 and COM 2A. Under COM 2B, investors can also apply for the plot size of 2090 square meters, which costs 45.61 crores.

As per the scheme, you can also bid for the plots in sector 105, 'SDC-H-2, through e-auction. The price for this 7500-meter plot has been kept at 138.18 crores. Similarly, plot number 11b in sector 142 Noida will cost you 98.83 crores with a size of 5200 square meters. The largest among them will be sold in sector 135, with a considerable size of 2400 square meters and at a fixed cost of 410.70 crores. 

The scheme will establish luxury hotels in Noida at a prime location where accessibility and footfall are not an issue. The outline of this scheme will be decided in a pre-bid meeting on October 10th, and from October 17th, interested participants will submit their application through an online portal. The last date to apply will be November 19th.
