Noida Authority conducts an e-auction for a duplex villa, fetching a price of Rs 2 Crore.
The auction event included the sale of four units, and among them, the HD-223 unit located in Sector 135, originally listed with a reserve price of Rs. 1.79 Crore, was successfully auctioned off for a higher price of Rs. 2.08 Crore.
On Tuesday, the Noida Authority conducted an e-auction for four duplex villas. Three of the villas were successfully auctioned off, surpassing the base price of Rs. 1.79 crore. The remaining villa was sold for a higher price of Rs. 2.08 crore, as confirmed by an official. According to officials, during the auctions, four units were auctioned, including the HD- 223 unit located in Sector 135.
The unit had a reserve price of Rs. 1.79 crore but was ultimately auctioned for Rs. 2.08 Crore, indicating a price hike of Rs. 29.50 lakh. This final selling price represents a 16.45% increase over the reserve price. Another duplex unit located in Sector 135 was auctioned for Rs. 1.92 Cr., experiencing a price hike of Rs. 13 lakh. This represents a 7.25% increase over the reserve price set for the unit. During the auction, one of the units located in Sector 62, which had a reserve price of Rs. 66.44 lakh, was sold at the same price without any increase.
In January 2023, the residential house department of the Noida Authority introduced AIG (Affordable Income Group), MIG (Medium Income Group), and HIG (High Income Group) duplex house schemes. As part of these schemes, a total of 338 duplex apartments located in sectors 52, 61, 71, 99, 118, and 135 will be auctioned by the Noida Authority.
