Noida Authority approves almost 1,100 flats but holds them up. On Tuesday, Noida Authority declared that the projects which is located in Sectors 75, 78, 121, 144, 143B, 108, & 107 give a warning against erring developers.
In a statement Tuesday, the Noida Authority warned developers of punitive action against development projects in sectors 75, 78, 121,137, 144,143B, 108,168, and 107. The Noida has said subleasing the deeds on the registry of 1907 flats in group housing projects in the city also can be executed, but they are held in the registration process.
As the news comes, the company released a list of 21 projects where 1907 flats are executed. & held up in the registration process. In Uttar Pradesh, the objective is to ensure that the maximum number of home buyers get their own homes.
Noida authority's officer on special duty (Group Housing), Parson Dwivedi, said that while campaigns have been run in order to achieve this objective, three subleased deeds, or registries, have not been executed in favour of home buyers.
To ensure the execution of subleased registries of homes & their buyers of the projects, permission to execute registries should contact their builder/developer after completion to ensure the execution of the registries, Dwivedi said.
In order to ensure maximum registrations, the OSD directed the builder to provide the requisite facilities and support to homebuyers. The Flats have been nodded for the registry, include and those built by AIm Max Gardenia Developers Three Project in (Sector 75) Apex Dream Home (Sector 75), Maxbliss Construction (Sector 75), Aims Rg angel Promoters, IVY Country (Sector 121), Purvaanchal Project (Sector 137) and Gulshan Homes Infrastructure (Sector 144).
