Noida Authority Current Plot Allocation Scheme

Noida, or the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, has released two plot allocation schemes in the Noida region To stimulate industrial and commercial activity in the different areas of the city. 

Under the new plot allocation scheme released by the authority, the registration process for commercial building plots ranging in size from 812.73 sq m to 51,417.25 sq m has begun. It can be directly availed through an online process. Under the new plan, registration will take place from November 16 to December 6 after further details of the bidding date and time will be disclosed at the pre-bid meeting, which will happen on November 21.

The official spokesperson from the authority said, "For the past few months, a large-scale plan to establish new units in Noida's industrial area has been required. The new plots will facilitate the process of establishing new industrial units in Noida.

Which Sectors Have Availability Of Commercial Plots?

A spokesman for the state government told the media that the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority or Noida Authority has opened applications for the Commercial Plots Scheme, which will allocate plots fin the various sectors such as sectors 32, 35, 40, 50, 94, 96, 97, 98, 105, 108, 124, 132, and 135 in the Noida region. These plots will be distributed through an online auction method and will range in different sizes, having additional commercial value.

More Details About The Scheme

This scheme will make use of the State Bank of India's (SBI) e-tender portal, wherein December 4 is the deadline for completing the online payment and making the Earnest Money or token money deposit. The registration process will start on November 21 on Invest UP's Nivesh Mitra portal. The authority's official stated that December 6 is the deadline for applications to avail of the plots in the program. The open-ended scheme and the registration have finished the preparations for plot allocation in the Noida Industrial Area Phases 1 and 2.
