YEIDA Navratri Scheme For Plots
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is gearing up to offer 2,000 new residential plots near the Noida International Airport just in time for the Navratri festival. This move comes after their earlier land sales proved very popular.
The new plot scheme will target middle-income families who wants to own plots near Noida International Airport and will include plots of two sizes: 120 square meters (sq m) and 162 sq m. The cost for these plots is expected to be around Rs 25,900 per sq m. This means a 120 sq m plot will cost about Rs 31.08 lakh, and a 162 sq m plot will cost around Rs 41.95 lakh.
These YEIDA residential plots will be allocated through a lucky draw system, and the registration process is being handled by the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA). This means that people interested in these yeida residential plots will enter a draw to see if they get one.
Arun Vir Singh, CEO of YEIDA, mentioned that previous plot schemes were very successful, but many people missed out. To address this, YEIDA is launching this new YEIDA Navratri scheme to offer more opportunities. They plan to release a total of 4,000 residential plots in different schemes, with 2,000 available during yeida navratri scheme.
Earlier this year, in July 2024, YEIDA launched a scheme for 361 plots in various sectors, and the lucky draw for these plots will be held on October 10. Last year, over 2.4 lakh people had registered for 1,184 plots, showing how popular these schemes are.
So, if you’re interested in owning plots near Noida International Airport, keep an eye out for the Yeida Navratri Scheme launch and make sure to participate in the lucky draw!
