Max Estates, Manglam, M3M Win Noida Commercial Plot Bids

Recently, there has been a significant auction of commercial plots in Noida. The auction took place from September 26 to December 5, 2024, for 8 large plots in Sector-62, 96, 97, 98, and 105, covering an area of over 20,000 square meters. At the same time, smaller plots in Sector-40, 93B, 94, and 135 were auctioned from September 30 to December 9, 2024.

On January 21 and 22, 2025, an e-auction was held to select the top bidders for these plots. The following companies won bids for the plots:

       •  M/s Max Estates Limited (Consortium) – Plot in Sector-105, 41,835.46 sqm
       •  M/s Manglam Multiplex Pvt Ltd (Consortium) – Plot in Sector-98, 24,000 sqm
       •  M/s M3M India Pvt Ltd (Consortium) – Plot in Sector-97, 23,570.92 sqm
       •  M/s Vertex Construction – Plot in Sector-50, 812.73 sqm

These new developments are expected to play a major role in making Noida a commercial hub and will help boost the local economy.
