Noida Authority De-Sealed M3M Pojects in Sector 72 And 94 

Noida authority has been ordered to allow the construction on both the lands owned by the M3M group in sectors 72 and 94 in Noida. The chief secretary of Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Anil Kumar Sagar, has issued the order. In the previous decision taken by the Noida Authority, the authority had cancelled both the land allotted to the M3M group and instructed them to seize the construction of the projects.

Anil Kumar Sagar, the Principal Secretary of the UP government, stated in an official communication to the Noida Authority that the government was notified in February of a complaint alleging that these companies had violated the guidelines contained in the e-brochure of the Authority's e-tender program.

"The particular plots in dispute are M/s Lavish Buildmart Pvt Ltd's commercial plot number 01 in Sector 94 and M/s Skyline Propcon Pvt Ltd's commercial plot number MPC-01 in Sector 72. Because of these purported infractions, the allocations were first cancelled on May 10, 2024, according to Mr. Sagar. 

A representative for M3M commented on this directive, saying, "We applaud the government's action. Our confidence in the Uttar Pradesh government has grown as a result of the order. We are dedicated to our investment in Uttar Pradesh, and we will make sure that the state has a masterpiece as well as jobs and possibilities.

This cancellation demonstrates the Uttar Pradesh government's continued commitment to creating an atmosphere that is favourable for growth and development and is a step in the right direction toward winning back the trust of investors and developers.
