TCS New Office In Noida
Assotech Business Cresterra, spanning 2 million sq ft, is home to TCS's latest office expansion alongside other firms like Genpact and Celebal Technologies. Vibhor Jain, Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield North India, anticipates a surge in demand for Grade A office spaces in the coming quarters, driven mainly by IT companies returning to office-based operations.
Meanwhile, TCS CEO K Krithivasan affirmed that the company is solely ending the work-from-home policy and has no intentions of reducing hiring; this is why this leasing has taken place. TCS, known as the most prominent Indian software exporter in terms of headcount, revenue, and profit, currently employs over 600,000 individuals. Krithivasan emphasised TCS's commitment to hiring, stating that the firm will adapt its hiring process to accommodate increasing work demands but assured no cutbacks in hiring plans.
TCS Sector 157 Noida
Have you wondered why TCS purchased a 75-acre parcel of land in Sector 157 in Noida to develop IT SEZ space when they had already leased office spaces in ABC? Well, the answer is quite simple. TCS has recognized the growth opportunity in Noida and the significant investment and footfall it is attracting. They understand it will require substantial space to accommodate many workaholics. This is why they have acquired this space on a seven-year lease. Moreover, any development takes time, which is why TCS has leased it for the time being to continue with its work.
