Group Housing Plot Sold For 506 Crores In Noida

A bid, which was organised by Noida Authority to sell 6.45 acres of plot in Noida, was won by Godrej Group on 26 February; Lokesh M, CEO of Noida Authority, confirmed the allotment. 

The total size of the plot measured in sq. m is 26000 located in Noida’s premium sector 44. The land parcel was put on sale through e-auction by Noida Authority in December 2023.

Noida Authority received two bids for the group housing plot. Two developers, Godrej Properties and Max Estates, had applied for the bid that Godrej Properties won for 506 Crores, said Sanjay Kumar Khatri, additional chief executive officer of the Noida authority.

CEO of Noida Authority, Lokesh M, said that the allotment letter has been issued to Godrej Properties as per the rules.
