Godrej Properties Record Sales Of 2,000 Cr.

Godrej Properties Ltd celebrated a significant success by selling about 650 homes, totalling over Rs 2,000 crore, in their Godrej Jardinia project in Noida's Sector 146. This achievement signifies their most successful launch in Noida to date. Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, highlighted the significance of Noida as a crucial market and expressed intentions to strengthen its presence in the city. This accomplishment follows the success of Godrej Tropical Isle last year, marking the fourth NCR launch with sales exceeding Rs 2,000 crore within the past year. Sector 146, boasting access to critical infrastructure like the Noida SEZ, entertainment hubs, and various expressways, is a thriving residential zone. Godrej Properties' ambitious plans include acquiring more land parcels to develop projects worth Rs 21,000 crore, aiming for sales bookings of Rs 20,000 crore in the current fiscal year.
