G. Noida: Noida Authority Presents 22 Plots for Commercial Complexes in Greater Noida.
On Monday, GNIDA unveiled a commercial plot scheme valued at Rs. 1100 Cr. These plots are specifically designated for the development of commercial complexes.
The online application for the scheme will remain open until June 19th, allowing interested individuals to apply for the commercial plot scheme within that timeframe.
Under the directive of Ritu Maheshwari, CEO of the Greater Noida Authority, the commercial department conducted a meeting with investors. In response to the investors' requests, the CEO has granted them the flexibility to pay 60% of the total amount in six installments over a three-year period, eliminating the need for a bank guarantee.
The plots available for the commercial complexes range in size from 2,313 square meters to 11,500 square meters. Out of these, four plots are situated in sector 10, five in another sector, and one in the Commercial Alpha Belt. Additionally, there are five plots in Alpha 2 and five plots in Delta 2.
In addition to their size, the plots also benefit from a four-floor area ratio, which enhances the overall utility of the area.
According to Anand Vardhan, ACEO of the Greater Noida Authority, the facility to download brochures for the scheme commenced on May 29th. The deadline for registering for the scheme is June 19th, while the processing fee must be submitted by June. The final date for document submission is June 26th.
The allotment of these plots will be conducted through an auction process. To facilitate the application process, the bank portal has been linked to the Greater Noida Authority's website. This allows applicants to apply for the plots directly through the Authority's website as well.
