Info-x buys 190 crores penthouse in DLF Camellias 

Info-x Software Technology Pvt Ltd has bought a luxury penthouse in DLF's exclusive Camellias complex in Gurugram for 190 crore. The penthouse covers 16,000 sq ft, and the deal was registered on December 2, with the company paying 13 crore as stamp duty. This is one of the most expensive apartment (penthouse) transactions in India.

The price for the penthouse was 120,000 per square foot, which is among the highest in the country. The deal highlights the growing luxury real estate market in India, especially in areas like Gurugram and Delhi, where prices are now comparable to Mumbai’s high-end neighborhoods.

Some notable people who own properties in The Camellias include Aman Gupta, the founder of BoAt, and JC Chaudhry, the founder of Aakash Educational Services. Many other successful entrepreneurs have also bought apartments in this luxury complex.
