Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects LLP and Bhutani Group have won the bid to develop the dream project of Uttar Pradesh's CM Yogi Adityanath, Noida Film City in sector 21 near Noida Airport at Jewar, after leaving behind the three other competitors.
The four organizations that were qualified in specialized assessment, including Bayview Ventures LLP of movie producer Boney Kapoor, Lions Fim Private Limited of KC Bokadia, Supersonic Technobuild Private Limited owned by Akshay Kumar and Super Cassettes Industries Private Limited of T-Series, had put their separate offers.
On Tuesday, the financial bids were opened by the Yamuna Expressway industrial development authority committee, which discovered that the Bayview Projects LLP and Bhutani Group had placed the highest bid promising the maximum 18 per cent share of the profit to the government.
Other bidders had also put their respective bids, such as Lions Films Private Limited of KC Bokadia, placed at 15.12%, Supersonic Technobuild Private Limited of actor Akshay Kumar at 10.80%, and Super Cassettes Industries Private Limited of T-Series placed at 5.12 %, lowest bid against the tender, according to the information given by the officials.
"According to the set guidelines, an organization that will give the highest gross revenue will be viewed as the chosen bidder. Bayview Projects LLP has put in the most beneficial bid, abandoning the other three bidders simultaneously. Now we will send this for approval to the state government for the required procedures," said Arun Vir Singh, chief executive officer of the Yeida.
According to the rules of the public-private partnership, the proposed offers will be set before the panel of secretaries. Afterwards, they will be advanced before the state government cabinet for approval.
"When the bureau will approve, the most elevated bidder will get the letter of grant," said Arun Vir Singh, chief executive officer of the Yeida.
