Birla Estate Group has signed an agreement to co-develop 131 acres of land parcel in sector 150 along with the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. But the clearance from concerned authorities is awaited. Birla Estate is a fully owned subsidiary of Century Textiles and Industries Ltd and the real estate venture of the Aditya Birla Group.

The development will take place within the integrated sports city where 50 are reserved for golf courses and many other international sports facilities. Sector 150 Noida is situated alongside Noida-Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway and provides easy access to Delhi, Ghaziabad, Mathura, and other neighboring cities. 

Sector 150 Noida is just an addition to their recent projects, such as new development on Mathura Road (Delhi) and two other projects in sectors 31 and 71, respectively. Birla Group is expanding its premises and being a big name in the real estate fraternity; their new developments will elevate the Noida’a landscape.
