Bhutani Infra Purchased Logix City Center 32 In 1000 Cr.
Bhutani Infra has purchased the Logix City Center in Noida for around Rs 1,000 crore. This total includes the cost of buying the property and renovation expenses. The property covers an area of about 1.2 million square feet and consists of a shopping mall, office spaces, and a hotel. The deal was made with PAG and the Logix group promoters.
After the purchase, the project will be renamed Bhutani City Center 32. Bhutani Infra, which already owns several commercial properties in the Delhi-NCR region, is expanding its portfolio with this new acquisition. The company plans to turn this space into a popular destination for shopping, entertainment, and work.
Ashish Bhutani, the CEO of Bhutani Infra, said that the acquisition is part of the company’s growth strategy. He emphasised that they aim to create spaces that meet the changing needs of people, combining work, leisure, and lifestyle in one place.
