Bhutani Group's Strategic Move: WTC Noida Acquisition

Bhutani Group Acquires Majority Shares In WTC Noida

Bhutani Group, one of India's most renowned real estate developers, has acquired majority shares in WTC Noida. According to Economics Times, the deal has a revenue-sharing model, and both groups will work together to complete stalled projects.

WTC Noida has a license to build 13 projects throughout India, and currently, they are constructing projects in Noida, Chandigarh, Gurugram, and Gift City. Some of these projects have been completed, but because of the lack of cash, the company cannot move further with the construction of other projects.

The total expense needed to complete the project is 3000 crores. The Bhutani Group is set to enhance sales and construction strategies, ensuring timely project delivery.

Meanwhile, the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) plans to expand its presence in India, aiming for over 50 WTCs from the current 40, with upcoming projects in cities like Varanasi, Amritsar, and Lucknow. Brigade Group's latest venture includes a Rs 150-crore WTC tower in Infopark Kochi, slated to create 2,700 jobs over three years.

They also hold licenses for WTCs across South India. This growth highlights India's stable office market, attracting investments that prioritize occupier satisfaction, job creation, and geographical expansion.
