29% Jump In Residential Properties Registration In Noida

In the second quarter of 2024, the number of residential property registrations in Noida and Greater Noida jumped by 29%. A total of 8,212 homes were registered during this period, compared to 6,354 homes in the same quarter last year. This increase shows a strong demand in the real estate market for these areas. 

The total value of these property sales also saw a big rise, reaching Rs 6,013 crore, which is a 59% increase from the previous year. This means that not only were more homes sold, but they were also sold for higher prices.

In Noida, 3,200 homes were registered from April to June 2024, up from 2,408 homes last year. Greater Noida experienced a 27% increase in home registrations, with 5,012 homes registered compared to 3,946 homes in the same period last year.
