Diwali 2024 YEIDA Plot Scheme: Location, Plot Sizes, Allotment, Possession

YEIDA is working continuously to push for growth in the Yamuna Expressway region. To provide adequate growth in the area, they release different plot schemes regularly to fulfil the residential and commercial space needs of the end users.

Recently, YEIDA brought a plot scheme on the eve of Navratri named “YEIDA Navratri Plot Scheme,” and this time, they have got a new plot scheme named YEIDA  Plot Scheme Diwali 2024.” This residential plot scheme will fulfil your dream of having an independent and spacious house near Jewar Airport at an extremely affordable rate. 

 

Let’s understand all the details about YEIDA Festive Plot Scheme 2024:

       •  Plot Type: Residential
       •  Total Plots: 451
       •  Plot Sizes (sq mtrs) : 120 | 162 | 200 | 250 | 260
       •  Location: Sector 24A

 

YEIDA Plot Scheme Diwali 2024 : Important Dates

       •  Scheme Opens: October 31, 2024
       •  Scheme Closes: November 30, 2024
       •  Allotment Method: Through the draw
       •  Date of Draw: December 27, 2024

 

Details of the scheme and location

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is inviting applications for the allotment of residential plots on land owned by the Authority along the Yamuna Expressway. These plots will be located in Sector 24A. The project is registered with RERA, and its registration number is UPRERAPRJ653132/10/2024.

The land for these plots has already been acquired by YEIDA, meaning they have full rights and control over it. The Authority plans to develop this land into residential plots, making it an opportunity for people looking to own property in a prime location along the Yamuna Expressway.

       •  Available for General Category: 83 plots (82.5%)
       •  Registration Fee: 155,400 for SC/ST; 310,800 for others

       •  Total Plots: 169
       •  Reserved for Farmers: 30 plots (17.5%)
       •  Available for General Category: 139 plots (82.5%)
       •  Registration Fee: 209,790 for SC/ST; 419,580 for others


Plot Size: 200 sqm

       •  Total Plots: 172
       •  Reserved for Farmers: 30 plots (17.5%)
       •  Available for General Category: 142 plots (82.5%)
       •  Registration Fee: 259,000 for SC/ST; 518,000 for others


Plot Size: 250 sqm

       •  Total Plots: 6
       •  Reserved for Farmers: 1 plot (17.5%)
       •  Available for General Category: 5 plots (82.5%)
       •  Registration Fee: 323,750 for SC/ST; 647,500 for others


Plot Size: 260 sqm

       •  Total Plots: 4
       •  Reserved for Farmers: 1 plot (17.5%)
       •  Available for General Category: 3 plots (82.5%)
       •  Registration Fee: 336,700 for SC/ST; 673,400 for others

 

YEIDA Plot Scheme Diwali 2024 Price

The rate of the land in residential plots under this scheme is 25900.00 per sq. mt.

 

YEIDA plot scheme Diwali 2024 : ALLOTMENT, POSSESSION, CONSTRUCTION AND SUB-DIVISION

       •   Number of plots may change based on available land. YEIDA decides.
       •   Plot allotment by manual draw on December 27, 2024.
       •   Date changes? YEIDA will notify in newspapers and on their site.
       •   Successful applicants get allotment letters within 30 days by mail.
       •   Possession offered after five years, once development finishes.
       •   All dues must be cleared before taking possession of the plot.
       •   Building plans must be approved by YEIDA before construction.
       •   Construction must follow YEIDA’s Lease Deed and Building Rules.
       •   Plots cannot be split or combined with others.
       •   Applicants or family members can’t already own YEIDA properties.
       •   Family means spouse and dependent minor children only.
       •   Each family can own just one plot or flat through YEIDA.

 

YEIDA Plot Scheme Diwali 2024 : Period Of Construction

The plot owner, or lessee, must complete construction according to YEIDA’s building regulations and get an occupancy certificate within three years from the date of signing the Lease Deed. If the construction is not completed within this time, YEIDA allows for an extension by paying extra charges. The charges increase each year as follows:

       •  First year: 4% of plot premium
       •  Second year: 5% of plot premium
       •  Third year: 6% of plot premium
       •  Beyond three years: 4% of sector rate per sqm per year
