The government of Uttar Pradesh is bringing the co-development plan with builders in Noida and Greater Noida to revive the completion work of struck projects which are currently under construction. The government has chosen the Hawelia group to start a pilot project of 22 acres namely the shri radha sky garden in the Noida extension, where the new developer will believer 2000 flats.

For this project hawelia group has paid the amount of rs 175 crore to the Greater Noida authority, Another Rs 63 crore goes into financing the construction, Rs 20 crore to vendors, and all the other dues will be cleared as well.

Hawelia group will also invest 450 crores in the completion of this project and along with it 4 other projects it will raise money from the market with the help of the state government to timely deliver the other projects as well.

The Confederation of Real Estate Developer Association of India (CREDAI)  has started this scheme to deliver 1,90,000 units of flats have a value of more than 1 lakh crore in the NCR region of uttar pradesh if this pilot project will become successful then struct construction of more than 5 million sq ft of space will be delivered to the owners who are waiting for completion of their properties.

Also, YEIDA authorities will work in a similar pattern as Noida authorities as will be looking for developers who will be delivering projects worth rs 40000 crores along the Yamuna expressway in Noida and Greater Noida.
