An investor will need good rental returns and appreciation, which can only be achieved by a good location as well as footfall.
Is sector 75 has potential for commercial investment?
If we talk about the ground reality, Sector 75 is known for residential properties and housing societies. Famous developers such as County and Dasnac have their projects named Ivy County and Dasnac Burj Noida. Apart from that, it has many independent houses and low-rise residential developments.
However, it has a commercial project too, called Spectrum Metro.
Now, having just one commercial project doesn’t mean that it's not good for commercial investment. Not everyone invests in only big projects; some people open their local shops or offices in small commercial complexes, which benefits them.
But for that we need to asses the locality.

Sector 75 and nearby areas have many good schools and hospitals. Amity University is also within a 10-kilometer distance. The popular Sector 18 is just a 20-minute drive away, where you can enjoy shopping, eating, and entertainment.

Should You Invest in Sector 75 for Commercial Purposes?
By looking at the above developments, it is evident that Sector 75 is majorly oriented towards residential developments. However, being a residential sector also makes it a great choice for local and society shops.
You can open local shops and restaurants here too and can earn a good amount of returns. But if you are planning to open a lavish restaurant or a big shop, then it is disappointing as it doesn’t offer any good investment options apart from Spectrum Mall.
Sector 75 can offer great investment options in the residential segment, but in the commercial sector, it has limited investment options, particularly locally and not in a commercial project.
