You cannot directly apply for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin Apply Online?. You need go to any public service center, block officer or village head with all the mentioned documents. After that the village head will go to PMAY assistant to go further with the application process.
The online application process then follows as prescribed.
• Visit the official website of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
• On the main page, click the three pies in the menu bar.
• From the options, click on "Awaassoft.”
• A list will open, then click “Data Entry.”
• On the next page, select “DATA ENTRY For AWAAS.”
• Select your state and district, then click "Continue.”
• Enter your username, password, and captcha, then click "Login.”
• The “Beneficiary Registration Form” will open.
• Fill in your personal details in the first section.
• In the second section, fill in your bank account details.
• In the third section, enter details like Job Card Number and Swachh Bharat Mission Number.
• The fourth section is filled by the block office with additional details.
• After filling the form, submit it through the block or public service center.
• Once approved, a Sanction Order is issued with the benefits.
• The sanction letter is sent to your mobile number via SMS.

Verification of Application
After submitting the application for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-G), the Gram Panchayat, Block, and District Administration officials verify the applicant's eligibility.
They check the status based on the Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) 2011 data to ensure that the applicant does not already own a pucca house or receive benefits from any other government housing scheme.
Inclusion of Name in Beneficiary List

Release of Financial Assistance

This amount is transferred in three installments directly to the beneficiary's bank account through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). It is necessary to link the beneficiary's bank account with Aadhaar to receive the payments smoothly.
Home Building Process
After receiving the first installment, the beneficiary must begin constructing the house within the specified time frame. The government also provides wage assistance for up to 90 days under the MGNREGA scheme to help with the construction.
The Gram Panchayat and District Administration officials regularly monitor the construction to ensure the scheme is being implemented correctly. The final installment is released when the house construction is completed.
Certificate on Completion of House Construction
Once the construction of the house is finished, the concerned authorities inspect the house. After the inspection, a Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin Completion Certificate is provided to the beneficiary. With this certificate, the beneficiary can officially move into their new home.
Benefits of Other Government Schemes
PMAY-G beneficiaries also get benefits from other government schemes. They receive additional support for building toilets under the Swachh Bharat Mission. Free electricity connections are provided under the Saubhagya Yojana, and gas connections are given under the Ujjwala Yojana.
