Recently, I was with one of my colleagues, and she told me that she had an extremely hard time navigating metro stations and routes in Noida, even though she has been living here for years. This situation can happen to anyone, as not everyone is conscious of public transportation.
Today, in this blog, we are going to explore the metro routes of Noida and how we can get here without any hassle from neighboring NCR cities.
Noida Metro Overview
Currently, the Noida metro spans around 30 kilometers and consists of a total of 21 stations, with the metro network extending from Sector 51 Noida to Depot station in Greater Noida.

Faridabad to Noida Metro Route
You have two metro routes to reach Noida from Faridabad.
Option 1:
• Fare: Rs. 60
• Travel Time: 1 hour 41 minutes
Route: Start at Old Faridabad on the Violet Line (towards Kashmere Gate). Key stations include Badkal Mor, Sector 28 Faridabad, Tughlakabad, Sarita Vihar, and Kalkaji Mandir. Change trains at Mandi House to the Blue Line (towards Noida). Key stations: Supreme Court, Akshardham, Yamuna Bank, Noida Sector 18, and Noida City Centre.
Option 2:
• Fare: Rs. 60
• Travel Time: 1 hour 18 minutes
Route: Start at Old Faridabad on the Violet Line. Change at Govind Puri, walk 10 minutes (300 meters) to Kalkaji Mandir (Magenta Line). Key stations include Okhla NSIC, Sukhdev Vihar, and Botanical Garden. Change to the Blue Line at Botanical Garden, heading towards Noida City Centre.
Comparison: Option 2 is faster by 23 minutes, but Option 1 offers a more direct route with fewer transfers and walking.
Gurugram to Noida Metro Route
There is only one route to Noida by metro from Gurugram.

• First Train: 5:45 AM
• Last Train: 11:00 PM

• Starting Point: Huda City Centre (Yellow Line)
• Towards: Samaypur Badli

Change at Rajiv Chowk: Change to the Blue Line (Towards Noida).

Mohan Nagar (Ghaziabad) to Noida City Centre Metro Route:

• Travel Time: 52 minutes, 43 seconds
• Travel Distance: 29 km

Route:
The journey from Mohan Nagar to Noida City Centre starts on the Red Line towards Rithala. The stations along the Red Line include Mohan Nagar, Shyam Park, Major Mohit Sharma Rajendra Nagar, Raj Bagh, Shaheed Nagar, Dilshad Garden, Jhilmil, Mansarovar Park, Shahdara, and Welcome.
At Welcome, change to the Pink Line towards Majlis Park. The stations on this line are East Azad Nagar, Krishna Nagar, Karkarduma Court, and Karkarduma.
At Karkarduma, switch to the Blue Line Branch towards Dwarka Sector 21. The stations on this branch are Preet Vihar, Nirman Vihar, Laxmi Nagar, and Yamuna Bank.
At Yamuna Bank, transfer to the Blue Line Main towards Noida Electronic City. The stations on the main Blue Line include Akshardham, Mayur Vihar I, Mayur Vihar Extension, New Ashok Nagar, Noida Sector 15, Noida Sector 16, Noida Sector 18, Botanical Garden, Golf Course, and Noida City Centre, where the trip ends.

The journey begins at New Delhi on the Yellow Line towards Millennium City Centre (HUDA City Centre). The stations include Rajiv Chowk, where you change to the Blue Line towards Noida Electronic City.
The Blue Line stops include Barakhamba Road, Mandi House, Supreme Court (Pragati Maidan), Indraprastha, Yamuna Bank, Akshardham, Mayur Vihar I, Mayur Vihar Extension, New Ashok Nagar, Noida Sector 15, Noida Sector 16, Noida Sector 18, Botanical Garden, Golf Course, and finally Noida City Centre, where the trip ends.
