New Noida the proposed planned city plan is an upcoming city in gautam buddha nagar of Noida in uttar pradesh. This planned city will come into existence in a plan drafted for new Noida 2041, where the school of planning and architecture will draft and decide the master plan which includes special economic zones, food processing units, FMCG units, agricultural units, logistic park, knowledge center, an integrated township with world-class facilities.
The final plan underway
The draft master made by SPA, the total area of new Noida has 21000 hectares of land which will be carved out from 86 villages of Dadri and Bulandshahr out of which 8111 hectares will go to industries, 2000 acres for residential projects, 1662 acres for universities and medical colleges. The target plan of New Noida is to accommodate more than 6,00,000 residents who will both work and reside in New Noida.
The proposed land
Since there is no more land available for development, the new upcoming city of New Noida will be developed by taking the village land of Dadri Khurja Bulandshahar. Further development will be attracted into the city as Dadri noida ghaziabad investment region.
Phase 1 the initial development
In the first phase of development of the project, the construction of extreme northern, extreme southern, and administrative areas will be done which allow and opens up its connectivity eastern peripheral expressway, Delhi Mumbai international corridor, and the Howrah Delhi rail line. This zone is also accessible by rail, road, and airport as well.
The money allotment
The Uttar Pradesh government has kept 10000 crores of budget for devopp[ing the upcoming city in Noida. In the first phase 1000 crores are utilized by the authority in land acquisition from the farmers then furthermore 8500 crores would be spent to develop the infrastructure in the city in the coming phases.
