A home loan is the money you borrow from a bank or a lending institution to buy a house. The loan you get is known as a mortgage. You repay the loan in simple monthly installments (EMIs) over a period of 10 to 30 years. Borrowing includes interest and principal payments. Depending on your loan type, you might also need to provide additional documents.

Home Improvement Loan

If you already own a home and want to improve or upgrade it, you might want to consider a home improvement loan. This loan helps pay for repairs, renovations, or general maintenance of your house. You can also use it to upgrade to newer technologies or modernize old parts of your house.

Lenders will assess the cost of your renovation plans before approving the loan, and they may also inspect the progress of work before releasing funds.


Home Construction Loan

If you are building a new house from scratch, you can apply for a home construction loan. This type of loan helps people who wish to build their own homes. As construction progresses, the loan provides financial support in stages, facilitating your management of home-building expenses. We often disburse home construction loans quickly to meet the customer's needs.


Home Purchase Loan

A home purchase loan is for those who want to buy a new house. Before applying for this loan, check your income and ability to repay. Applying for a home loan requires you to submit several important documents. These documents prove your identity, income, and details about the property you want to buy or improve.

Some of the common documents required are identity proof (like a voter ID, PAN card, or Aadhaar card), address proof (such as an electricity bill or rental agreement), income proof (like salary slips, bank statements, or income tax returns), and property documents (sale agreement, property tax receipts, and NOC from the builder).

You will also require employment proof, such as an offer letter or employment contract, if you have a job.

The process of applying for a home loan follows a few simple steps. First, you should research and compare different lenders, such as banks and housing finance companies. Compare their interest rates, loan terms, and any additional fees to find the best option for you.

Next, you need to check your eligibility to ensure you meet the requirements for the loan. Eligibility depends on factors like your age, income, and credit score. Once you know you’re eligible, you can collect all necessary documents and fill out the application form. You can typically complete the application online, simplifying the process of submitting your details.
