A medical park will be developed in Media Sector 28 along the Yamuna expressway. The upcoming medical device park will be developed on 350 acres of land and is said to become the first medical park. With an estimated budget of 3500 crores, the MMLP is anticipated to occupy a land of 16,00,000 square meters and employ more than 1100 people. A New Residential Sector

The Jewar Airport will soon have a new residential area established by the YEIDA. For this purpose, 1100 hectares of land will be acquired by the YEIDA. The new sector, which will be near the Noida International Airport, will be called Sector 5. After the authority receives the land, housing societies and residential plots will be developed.
