Traffic Management in Noida Helping the Booming Real Estate Sector
Nowadays, India is fighting a severe issue called "traffic congestion," and the most impacted region is Delhi-NCR. The cities in Delhi-NCR are struggling not because of a high number of vehicles but also due to poor connectivity and traffic management. Noida is the only town still flourishing and bringing new ways to eliminate traffic congestion.
Other than Noida, cities like Faridabad, Gurugram, and Ghaziabad are becoming hell for vehicles. The traffic congestion in these cities is driving people furious, and they are migrating to Noida. Today, in this blog, we will talk about the following:
• How does traffic congestion impact our lives?
• Impact of Traffic on the Human Brain
• Why is Noida's Traffic Management the Best Among NCR Cities?
• How is Noida growing due to good traffic management?
How Does Traffic Congestion Impact Our Lives?
Nowadays, time is money, and the one with time has everything. People living in NCR cities like Faridabad, Gurugram, and Ghaziabad are part of the working class. They invest a considerable amount of time getting ready to go to work, approximately 12 hours, then getting stranded in traffic takes more than 3-5 hours of their time travelling to their homes because only some live nearby.
The total amount of time they invest comprises approximately 15-16 hours daily. Then they only have time to sleep and can't simply enjoy their lives, or watch their favourite movies, spend time with family, and do other activities. Because the same things happen repeatedly, they get frustrated, impacting their personal and professional lives. Let's understand its impact on human brain
Impact of Traffic on the Human Brain
• Traffic congestion triggers stress and anxiety.
• Increased feelings of irritability and anger occur.
• Leads to heightened frustration at work.
• It can cause overall mood disturbances.
• Heavy traffic may trigger claustrophobic feelings.
• Creates ongoing dread related to driving.
• Increases the likelihood of road rage incidents.
Why is Noida's Traffic Management the Best Among NCR Cities?
The first benefit Noida has is that all its sectors are interconnected with broad roads, and there are multiple expressways to eliminate traffic congestion in one place. Expressways like Noida-Greater Noida, Yamuna, and FNG quickly improve connectivity to neighbouring regions.
In case the traffic load is high during peak hours, there are service roads along with the expressway to address this issue; if you don't want to use those roads, you can pass through the sectors easily.
The net of connectivity in Noida doesn't allow vehicles to get stranded in one place. This helps people living in Noida reach their homes with ease and soundness. It also alleviates mental stress and irritability due to heavy traffic and saves time.
Why is traffic the main reason people migrate to Noida?
Multiple factors lead people to migrate to Noida, such as good properties, connectivity, easy commutation, and various businesses and MNCs, but traffic is one of the main reasons people migrate to Noida. Gurugram, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad have colossal traffic congestion, and people are migrating to Noida for peace of mind.
Let me tell you my story and that of my colleague; one of my colleagues, Preeti comes from Ghaziabad and I come from Faridabad. It takes me 40 minutes if there is no traffic to get to my home or office, but when I get into a massive traffic jam on the Kalindi Kunj bridge, it takes me approximately 2 hours to reach my home or office, which frustrates me a lot.
The same goes for her; she comes from Ghaziabad and works at the same company as me. It takes her approximately 3 hours to reach her home, and she gets home at 9:30, approximately 15 hours of work. She leaves her house at 7.30 in the morning, and due to traffic, she arrives late at night.
We never have to face traffic congestion in Noida, but as soon as we leave the city, we feel that we are in a different dimension filled with chaos and noise. This is why most people, including us, are considering migrating to Noida; the peace I feel here is unmatchable.
How is Noida growing due to good traffic management?
You might have heard this quote: "America's roads are good not because America is rich, but America is rich because of its good roads," John F. Kennedy. This fits nicely in Noida. Noida's connectivity and infrastructure have made it ideal for development.
The exceptional appreciation of Noida's growth is led by its development policies, especially planned ones. Noida Authority are not just making roads; they are making what is necessary and where. Expressways like FNG, Greater Noida, and other roads in Noida make communication easier daily.
Also the new road along with the Okhla Barrage and the proposed metro lines in Noida will add the cherry on top of its development. Because of these features, the property prices in Noida are soaring, and it is the best time for buyers and investors to invest here; otherwise, in the future, your regret will be greater than Noida’s development.
Final Words
Noida’s effective traffic management is critical to its real estate boom. With well-connected roads and expressways, commuting is more accessible, reducing stress for residents. This smooth connectivity attracts people from congested areas, enhancing Noida’s appeal.
Property values rise as infrastructure continues to improve, making it an ideal place for buyers and investors. Overall, Noida offers a better quality of life, combining convenience and growth opportunities that other NCR cities struggle to provide.
