The Gurugram Authority recently passed a new order that updated the circle rates for various regions and land according to various classifications, such as commercial and residential.
Gurugram colonies and villages such as Bajgheda, Sarhol, Dundahera, Babupur, Sukhrali, Choma, Sarai Alawardi, Carterpuri, Inayatpur, Hidayatpur Cantonment, Naharpur Rupa, Mohalaheda, and Sahpur. Additionally, separate rates for EWS/Affordable Flats/Floors have been set.
